Ingredients
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 2 squares melted bitter chocolate or possibly 1/4 c. cocoa, dissolved in sm. amount water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- beat egg and add in lemon juice. Add in butter, chocolate and vanilla. Add in sugar gradually, beating all the while. If frosting is too thick, add in hot strong coffee or possibly cream, as much as is needed to make frosting thin sufficient to spread.
