About me
I am a wife, mother of two teenagers (and three large dogs), living in the Texas Hill Country. I consider myself an artist--the kitchen is my studio, and food is my medium; I don't have to find a place to store my creations--they just get eaten!
I grew up in my Granny's kitchen, and learned that food that tastes best is always prepared with love. My favorite foods are a combination of latin, Southwestern and caribbean cuisines, which I have dubbed "Texas Fusion"
