23 days agoalways wanted to cook italian dishes. besides my texas b b q and louisiana's cajun cuisine, italian is close to my favorites. mexican dishes are a staple in texas house holds also. love fettucini, ravioli, pasta dishes. fresh and full of color and taste. since i was little, i enjoyed the many varieties of italian food. i ate italian food so much my mom said i was italian. im not tho, i am an native american who enjoys great cuisine. hopefully with your experience, guidance, and recipes, i can achieve quality dishes of italian cuisine. - March 8, 2012hi chef, i am a hotelier in india, and work for a restaurant in five star hotel, but now i am thinking to open my own restaurant, the restaurant with a unique food concept which is going to target the youngsters, the food which is easy to cook and serve like fast food, can you please give some ideas what type of food would be the best.

- October 22, 2011I just happened upon this site, but I love the whole idea of it. Just wondering, does anyone out there have any traditional, Calabrese(Italy) recipes. I was married to an Italian and they use to have these wonderful Christmas cookies,plus some other amazing combinations of food.
October 11, 2011I am going to (try to) post your Dark Chocolate Brownies in my Group, "Disabled, but Still Cooking".I am still very new at this...learning as I go! I am going to try to collect easy, quick "from scratch" recipes to add to my Group page. Thanks for posting this recipe. It looks very easy to do from a wheelchair...and in just a little bit of time with not too much effort you can have WONDERFUL home made Brownies!
October 5, 2011Your beginning sounds a lot like mine. My oldest daughter actually asked that I write down my Banana Puddin' recipe before I died LOL! That is when I started working up my recipes, measuring them and ended up writing a couple of cookbooks.
