Directions

  1. Heat the butter in a large skillet. Add in mushrooms, garlic and prosciutto.
  2. Sauteefor 2 to 3 min. Add in peas, cream and cheese. Cook till sauce thickens. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain. Add in tortellini to sauce. Toss till well coated. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
