Directions

  1. Saute/fry celery, onion and garlic in oil till crisp-tender. Stir in bouillon and soy sauce. Combine cornstarch and water; add in to bouillon mix. Cook, stirring occasionally, till mix thickens and is clear. Add in chicken, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, mushrooms and bran. Heat thoroughly. Serve over noodles.
