Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs, separated
- 4 teaspoon melted shortening
- 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Sift together flour, baking pwdr and salt. Add in egg yolks and lowfat milk. Beat thoroughly. Add in shortening. Fold in beaten egg whites. Bake in waffle iron.
