Ingredients
- 2 (10 ounce.) Packages frzn cauliflower
- 2 (10 ounce.) Packages frzn cut broccoli
- 1 (12 ounce.) can whole kernel corn, liquid removed
- 2 (4 ounce.) cans sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1 (17 ounce. can cream style corn
- 2 c. shredded Swiss or possibly American cheese
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce.) cans cream of celery soup
- Tomato slices, optional
Directions
- Cut up large pcs of cauliflower. Combine frzn vegetables and 1/2 c. water; bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 10 min or possibly till vegetables are crisp-tender. Drain.
- Put in 3-qt roaster. Stir in whole kernel corn and mushrooms; set aside. Combine cream style corn, Swiss or possibly American cheese, and soup; stir into vegetable mix in roaster.
- Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till heated through, stirring twice. Garnish with tomato slices if you like.
