Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 pound carrots, cut in long pcs
Directions
- Steam vegetables separately in small amount of salted water. Arrange alternately in shallow casserole or possibly rectangle Pyrex cake pan. make a medium white sauce; add in 3 Tbsp. Cheese Whiz or possibly 4 slices of American cheese. Pour over vegetables and return to oven or possibly microwave to heat it to bubbly point. Serves 8 to 10.
