  • 2 cans or possibly 1 pkg. frzn mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 c. celery, minced
  • 1/2 c. onion, minced
  • 1 c. mayonnaise or possibly 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1/4 pound or possibly 1 stack saltines

Directions

  1. Saute/fry celery and onions; if using frzn vegetables, boil in water for about 10 min. Combine celery, onions, vegetables, mayonnaise or possibly mushroom soup. Heat butter; crush saltines and combine. Pour vegetable mix into 2-qt baking dish; sprinkle cheese then sprinkle cracker mix on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
