Ingredients
- 2 cans or possibly 1 pkg. frzn mixed vegetables
- 1/2 c. celery, minced
- 1/2 c. onion, minced
- 1 c. mayonnaise or possibly 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1/4 pound or possibly 1 stack saltines
Directions
- Saute/fry celery and onions; if using frzn vegetables, boil in water for about 10 min. Combine celery, onions, vegetables, mayonnaise or possibly mushroom soup. Heat butter; crush saltines and combine. Pour vegetable mix into 2-qt baking dish; sprinkle cheese then sprinkle cracker mix on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
