Ingredients
- 20 x Ritz crackers
- 1/2 c. Walnuts cut up
- 3 x Egg whites
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- Crush crackers coarsely and add in walnuts. Beat the egg whites and gradually add in the sugar, baking pwdr and vanilla. Mix with the crackers and nuts and spread in a pie plate. Bake 25 minutes. in 350 oven. Cover with whipped cream and top with grated sweet chocolate or possibly Hershey bar. Best if cream is put on 1/2 day before serving, also good second day. Important: Crust will fall when cold, that is what it should do to hold the cream. Sure is good.
