Ingredients

1 tsp salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk till smooth. When mix comes to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 min, stirring often.
Remove pan from heat and cover till cold. Refrigerateand store in a covered container.
