1 (14 ounce.) bottle Heinz ketchup
1 can beer, room temperature
1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon onion salt

Directions

Don't brown roast; place in Dutch oven with oven-proof handle. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Bake covered at 325 degrees for about 3 hrs or possibly till tender. Serves 6 to 8.
