Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 box graham crackers
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Heat 2 sticks of butter. Add in 1 c. sugar. Beat 1 egg yolk. Add in to egg yolk 1/2 c. lowfat milk. Mix with sugar and butter. Add in 1 c. coconut.
- Bring to boil. Stirring constantly till thick. Line pan with graham crackers; pour half of mix over layer of crackers. Add in another layer of crackers and add in remaining mix.
