- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place egg whites in large bowl and beat till foamy. Gradually add in sugar and beat till stiff. Add in egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add in vanilla. Carefully mix in dry ingredients. Pour into two 9 inch cake pans lined with wax paper. Bake 20 to 30 min. Watch carefully to keep from burning.
