  • 12 1/2 ounce. can tuna
  • 3/4 c. salad dressing
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. minced peeled cucumber
  • 2 tbsp. finely minced onion
  • 2 hard boiled Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 quart. tossed lettuce and tomato wedges

Directions

  1. Drain tuna and flake. Mix salad dressing, lowfat sour cream, cucumbers, onions, and minced Large eggs. Chill. For each serving, top lettuce with tuna and dressing. Garnish with tomatoes. Serves 4 to 6.
