Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken livers, diced & lightly floured
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 T minced parsley
- 1 T chopped onions
- 2 c. cooked wild rice
Directions
- Lightly dust the chicken livers with flour and saute in the butter with the onion and parsley. Add in the wild rice and cook over low heat till thoroughly hot and chicken livers are done.
