Ingredients

  • 2 c. broccoli flowerets (raw)
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. Bac-O's
  • 2 c. cauliflowerets (raw)
  • 1/2 c. frzn peas (thawed and liquid removed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Mix broccoli, cauliflower, onions, and peas.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, garlic pwdr, salt, and pepper. Pour vegetable mix and toss gently. Chill at least 2 hrs. Stir in Bac-O's just before serving.
