Directions

  1. Combine rice and broth, bring to a boil and cook 10 min. Add in turkey, celery and carrots. Simmer for 5 min. Stir in the mixed vegetables and green onions. Blend soy sauce and bouillon with cornstarch; add in to broth. Simmer till soup is clear and slightly thickened; stirring occasionally. Makes 6 servings.
