Directions

  1. Prepare desired filling; stuff each taco shell with 2 or possibly 3 Tbsp. of filling; add in lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and a few drops of warm pepper sauce to taste.
  2. In 10 inch skillet over medium heat, cook 2 pounds of beef and 2 medium onions minced till browned; spoon off fat. Add in 4 medium tomatoes minced, 2 tsp. oregano leaves, 2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. pepper and 2 garlic cloves, chopped; heat.
