Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Kraft Signature Collection Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 2 x celery, onion and apples, sliced
- 4 x serving Prepared Minute Rice
Directions
- COMBINE dressing and maple syrup to make a stir-fry sauce.
- BROWN pork in a few spoonfuls of stir-fry sauce in a BBQ stir-fry pan. Add in sliced vegetables and remaining sauce.
- STIR-FRY over high heat for 5-10 minutes or possibly till veggies are tender and meat is cooked. Remove from heat. Serve over rice.
