Ingredients

1 1/2 pound grnd beef
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
Bread stuffing
Lipton onion soup mix (about 2 or possibly 3 T)
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

Mix well and make 8 thin patties. Brown lightly in skillet. Arrange 4 patties and top with other 4 patties. Mix 1 can soup with 3/4 cup lowfat milk and spread over all. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min.
