Ingredients
- 1 pkt lower fat cream cheese (8 ounce.) softened
- 3/4 c. honey
- 1 jar Smucker's natural peanut butter (16 ounce.)
- 1 ct frzn whipped topping (8 ounce.) thawed
- 1 x chocolate cookie crumb pie crust (9")
- 2 Tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp shortening
Directions
- Beat together cream cheese & honey. Fold in peanut butter. Gently mix in whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Heat chocolate chips and shortening over low heat till melted. Drizzle over pie. Refrigerate4 hrs or possibly overnight.
- Serves 8
