Esther's Peanut Butter Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • Graham cracker pie crust, 9 inch
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 lb Confectioner's sugar
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 c. Crunchy peanut butter
  • 4 ounce Whipped cream or possibly whipped topping
  • 1/4 c. Peanuts (Optional), minced

Directions

  1. Mix lowfat milk, sugar, cream cheese and peanuts butter thoroughly. Pour into crust. Put whipped topping on and sprinkle with minced peanuts, if you like. Put in freezer till set.
