Ingredients
- Graham cracker pie crust, 9 inch
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 lb Confectioner's sugar
- 8 ounce Cream cheese
- 1 c. Crunchy peanut butter
- 4 ounce Whipped cream or possibly whipped topping
- 1/4 c. Peanuts (Optional), minced
Directions
- Mix lowfat milk, sugar, cream cheese and peanuts butter thoroughly. Pour into crust. Put whipped topping on and sprinkle with minced peanuts, if you like. Put in freezer till set.
