Ingredients
- 1/2 pound smoked salmon
- 1 med. onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. capers
- 2 teaspoon minced fresh dill or possibly 1 teaspoon dry dill
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- Fresh grnd black pepper
- Minced parsley
Directions
- Chop the salmon and mix with the chopped onions, capers, dill, lowfat sour cream and mayonnaise. Blend well and spoon into a serving bowl. Top with pepper and minced parsley. Cover and chill. Serve with thin slices of rye or possibly pumpernickel. Serves 6-8.
