  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add in egg yolks, well beaten. Add in lowfat milk, flavoring and dry ingredients alternately. Mix in well beaten egg whites. Bake in small layers or possibly loaf pan at 350 degrees about 25 min. A little longer for loaf. Makes 24 cup cakes.
  2. Put cocoa, sugar, lowfat milk, butter and salt in saucepan. Bring slowly to full boil, stirring constantly for 1 minute. Remove from heat and beat till lukewarm. Add in vanilla and beat till thick sufficient to spread.
