  • 1 head lettuce, shredded
  • 1 can LeSueur peas, liquid removed
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled, deveined & boiled
  • 1 c. celery, minced
  • 1 c. green peppers, minced
  • 3 boiled Large eggs, grated
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 c. Miracle Whip
  • 1/2 c. bacon bits

Directions

  1. Place shredded lettuce in large salad bowl. Pour liquid removed peas evened out as layers. Layer boiled shrimps, celery, green peppers, Large eggs and cheese. Cover with Miracle Whip as another layer. Garnish with bacon bits. Prepare hrs before serving and toss before serving.
