Ingredients
- 1 sm. layer salad greens
- 1 c. minced bell pepper or possibly radishes
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 (16 ounce.) can English peas, liquid removed well
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. grated cheese
Directions
- Layer in order listed. Cover and chill at least 4 hrs, better if overnight.
