Directions

  1. Shred beef in about 1-inch lengths. Mix soy sauce, 1/2 c. peanut oil, cornstarch, wine, and 1/2 tsp. salt. Marinate beef in the mix for 1 hour.
  2. Clean green peppers and remove seeds. Cut in slices lengthwise. Shred ginger into 1-inch strips. Heat 3 Tbsp. peanut oil in a pan. Stir fry ginger, green onions, and green peppers with 1 tsp. salt and the sugar. Stir well; add in beef and mix thoroughly. Serve warm.
