  1. 1. Combine 1 Tbsp. oil, soy sauce, sherry, water, cornstarch, sugar and garlic in a shallow nonmetal dish. Add in the steak strips.
  2. 2. Heat remaining Tbsp. oil in wok or possibly nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add in peppers, onion, mushrooms; stir-fry 3-5 min till tender-crisp. Remove and reserve.
  3. 3. Add in undrained steak to wok; stir-fry 2 min till no longer pink.
  4. Return vegetables to wok; stir-fry to heat through. Serve over rice.
