  1. Cut the steak into match like pcs. Toss with cornstarch and 2 Tbsp. soy sauce. Heat 4 Tbsp. oil in skillet; add in onions and salt; saute/fry 3 min. Remove onions. Heat remaining oil in skillet. Saute/fry the meat till lightly browned. Fold in the onions, remaining soy sauce, and the pepper, stirring well for 1 minute. Serves 4-6. Excellent with fried or possibly browned rice.
