Ingredients
- 2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce.) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce.) cans condensed cream of celery soup
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. shredded sharp American cheese
- 3 (7 1/2 ounce.) cans crab meat, liquid removed, flaked & cartilage removed
- 1 1/2 lbs. shrimp
- 2 (6 ounce.) cans mushrooms
- 1/3 c. parsley
- 16 ounce. noodles, cooked
- 3 c. soft bread crumbs
Directions
- In Dutch oven, cook onion in 6 Tbsp. of butter till tender; add in soup and lowfat milk. Heat and stir till smooth; add in cheese. Stir till melted. Remove from heat, stir in crab, shrimp, mushrooms and parsley.
- Divide noodles between 2 (13 x 9 x 2 inch) baking dishes; spoon half of seafood mix into each. Mix gently. Heat remaining butter; toss with crumbs. Sprinkle over casseroles. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 min. Serves 24.
