Ingredients

  • 1 bn Fresh coriander, leaves only (about 2 c.)
  • 1 sm Head of garlic (8 cloves), peeled
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt
  • 6 ounce Fresh warm green chili, seeded
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Grnd cuminseed
  • 4 x Cardamon pods, seeds only, or possibly 1/2 tsp. grnd cardamom
  • 4 whl cloves, broken up

Directions

  1. Process all the ingredients to a relatively smooth paste. Store in a jar with a tight cover. Chill. Use in cooking as well as for a table condiment.
