Pink Lemonade Pie Recipe

This works with lemonade, limeade, frozen drink concentrates. The pink one is a lovely color for springtime.

Ingredients

  • 1 store-bought graham cracker crust, or homemade - see links
  • 6 oz. can frozen pink lemonade from concentrate
  • 14 oz. can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip (do not use any other brand)

Directions

  1. Let concentrate melt until you can stir it, but don't let it go to room temp.
  2. Stir in milk and Cool Whip, mix, pour into the pie shell.
  3. Refrigerate for several hours.
  4. Top with more Cool Whip.
