Ingredients

  • 1 pound sweet Italian sausages
  • 3-4 red and/or possibly green peppers
  • 2-3 med. onions

Directions

  1. Parboil sausages. When cold, slice. Slice green/red peppers and onions. Saute/fry peppers and onions and when almost soft, add in sausages. Serve along with vegetables or possibly on pasta or possibly rice.
