Ingredients

  • 3 hard cooked Large eggs, coarsely minced
  • 1 can salmon, liquid removed & broken into pcs
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1/4 c. diced pimento
  • 1 c. pkg. herb-seasoned bread stuffing
  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Put into 6 individual casserole dishes. Bake in oven preheated to 350 degrees about 25 min. (If mix is baked in one large casserole, allow more baking time.)
