Ingredients: 1 lg. round steak; 10 ounce. can mushroom soup; 1/4 c. very strong beef stock; 2-3 tbsp. dry onions; 1 teaspoon dry parsley or possibly 1 tbsp. fresh parsley; 2 celery stalks, minced; 2 carrots, peeled and sliced; 1 onion, sliced

1 lg. round steak
10 ounce. can mushroom soup
1/4 c. very strong beef stock
2-3 tbsp. dry onions
1 teaspoon dry parsley or possibly 1 tbsp. fresh parsley
2 celery stalks, minced
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 onion, sliced

Directions

1. Remove any visible fat from steak and cut into 4 servings pcs. Place in a baking dish.
2. Combine soup, beef stock, onion flakes and parsley and pour over steaks.
3. Place vegetables on top.
4. Cover and bake at 300 degrees F. for 2-3 hrs.
