Servings: 25
Ingredients
- 9 c. Chex cereal (I use a mix of rice and wheat to make it interesting)
- 1 c. Chocolate chips
- 1 c. Butterscotch chips
- 1/4 c. Margarine
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla
- 1Â 1/2 c. Powdered sugar (confectioners)
- 1/2 c. Chunky peanut butter (you can use smooth)
Directions
- Hi everyone, this is a fun one I've made for my kids (and the big kids too!)
- Place cereal in a large bowl and set aside. In microwave heat both chips, peanut butter and margarine till smooth. Add in vanilla and pour over the cereal and stir til coated. Place cereal mix and the powdered sugar in paper bags and shake till all are coated. Spread out on wax paper to set.
- Store in any container or possibly paper bag and it usually makes between 8-9 c..
