Portuguese Kale Soup Recipe

• 1 pound white pea or possibly red kidney beans, rinsed and soaked overnight
• 1 lg. beef soup bone
• About 12 c. beef stock (see note)
• 1 pound linguica or possibly kielbasa sausage, sliced
• 1/2 pound chorizo sausage, sliced
• 2 bunches fresh kale, about 1 1/2 pound or possibly 2 (10 ounce.) Packages minced frzn kale
• 4 c. diced, peeled potatoes
• 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
• Salt and pepper to taste
