Directions

  1. Brown pork chops. Set aside. Heat butter and add in flour, salt, pepper, parsley, and onion. Remove from heat and stir. Add in lowfat milk. Cook on medium heat and stir till thick and smooth. Add in cheese and Worcestershire sauce. When cheese is melted, add in lowfat sour cream. Mix till smooth. In a baking dish, arrange sliced cooked potatoes and place browned pork chops on top. Pour sauce over all; sprinkle more cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
