  1. 1. In a bowl, soften cream cheese and stir in chives walnuts habs and celery.
  2. 2. Add in 2 tsp lemon juice and spices and mix well.
  3. 3. Spread mix on salmon slices and season with pepper, roll up to create neat rolls
  4. 4. Place a cucumber slice on each cracker and place a salmon roll on each cucumber.
  5. 5. Drizzle with remaining lemon juice and garnish with chives and dill if you like. 4 servings (or possibly 2, burp!) :) salmon rolls may be prepared up to a day in advance, but wait till just prior to serving to construct the end product.       Mark, it definitely shows signs of being copied directly. A few ingredients seem to be cut in half, one or two omitted, but the recipe is written out the same way, some of the same words.

      You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. This is out-and-out plagiarism.
