Ingredients
- 4 ounce Cream cheese
- 3 pch Cayenne pepper, more or possibly less
- 1/4 c. Walnuts minced
- 3 x Green onions, minced
- 1/4 tsp Grnd coriander
- 1 Tbsp. Minced chives
- 1 x -(up to)
- 2 x Fresh Habaneros, finely chopped
- 1 stalk celery minced
- 3 tsp Lemon juice
- 8 slc (4"x2", thin) smoked salmon
- 8 slc (thin) cucumber
- Â Â Freshly grnd pepper
- Â Â Fresh dill sprigs (optional)
- Â Â Chives (optional)
- 1 pkt Crackers (I use Wheatsworth)
Directions
- 1. In a bowl, soften cream cheese and stir in chives walnuts habs and celery.
- 2. Add in 2 tsp lemon juice and spices and mix well.
- 3. Spread mix on salmon slices and season with pepper, roll up to create neat rolls
- 4. Place a cucumber slice on each cracker and place a salmon roll on each cucumber.
- 5. Drizzle with remaining lemon juice and garnish with chives and dill if you like. 4 servings (or possibly 2, burp!) :) salmon rolls may be prepared up to a day in advance, but wait till just prior to serving to construct the end product. TCS Mystic Fire Priest, Grade One, Official Card Carrying
