Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce.) can frzn pink lemonade
  • 1 can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
  • 1 lg. carton Cold Whip
  • 50 Ritz crackers
  • 1 cube soft butter
  • 1/4 c. powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Blend together pink lemonade, Eagle Brand lowfat milk, and Cold Whip. Work crackers, butter, and powdered sugar together well. Press 2/3 of crumbs into 9x13 inch pan. Spread remaining ingredients over crumbs and sprinkle 1/3 of crumbs on top. This will keep well in refrigerator. May be made the day before.
