Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lime Jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. pineapple juice & cool water
- 1 sm. can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. nut meats
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1 c. marshmallows, cut fine
- 1 (4 ounce) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 c. cream, whipped
Directions
- Fold in order as given after the Jello and boiling water has become syrupy. Soften cheese with a fork. Whip all together with egg beater. Mix in whipped cream. Chill overnight.
