2 T Heinz 57 sauce
2 drops Tabasco sauce
1 clove garlic, cut fine
1 c. pecans, minced fine

Directions

Have cheese at room temperature.
Whip or stir together with other ingredients.
Save sufficient pecans to roll ball in for presentation.
Chill well before serving.
