Ingredients
- 1 lg. green bell pepper
- 2 green jalapeno peppers
- 1 lg. green chili peppers
- 1 lg. onion
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 3-4 fresh tomatoes, minced
- 12 ounce water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1-2 teaspoon chili pwdr, to taste
- 2 cloves garlic
Directions
- Finely minced green and jalapeno peppers; put in stainless steel pot. Add in tomato sauce, tomato paste and water. Bring to boil; simmer 5 min. Add in garlic, salt, chili pwdr to taste. Take off heat. Add in minced tomatoes. Cool and serve.
