Directions

  1. Combine heavy whipping cream and peppermint extract in a saucepan and bring to a simme for 3 minutes on medium heat.
  2. In a medium size bowl, pour cream mixture over the chocolate chips. Stir for 2 minutes until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Spread over dessert.
  4. Place candy canes on the dessert when it still warm, so they melt a little bit.
