Directions

  1. Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar and salt together.
  2. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Filling: Beat butter, cream cheese and marshmallow cream and mix well.
  5. Spread over the crust.
  6. Spread pineapple over the filling layer.
  7. Topping: Spread cool whip over the pineapple layer.
  8. Sprinkle graham crackers crumbs over the cool whip layer.
  9. Decorate.
