  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs (beaten 1 at a time)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milky way candy, cut in thirds
  • 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dutch-process cocoa

Directions

  1. Cake: Beat margarine, butter, sugar, eggs, chocolate syrup and flour.
  2. Pour half into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Place candies over the cake mixture. Pour the remaining cake mixture over the candies.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  4. Cool completely.
  5. Topping: Mix cool whip, honey and Dutch-process cocoa.
  6. Spread over the cake.
  7. Decorate.
