Ingredients
- 2 slices Prosciutto, minced
- 1/4 stick butter
- 2 shots vodka
- Marinara sauce
- 8 ounce. heavy cream
- 1 pound Penne or possibly Ziti macaroni
Directions
- Heat 1/4 stick butter. Brown minced Prosciutto in butter and add in 1 shot vodka. Cover and simmer 5 min. Add in Marinara sauce and 1 shot vodka and simmer 15 min. Add in 8 ounces heavy cream and stir. Cook macaroni and pour the above over the cooked macaroni.
