Ingredients

  • 2 slices Prosciutto, minced
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 2 shots vodka
  • Marinara sauce
  • 8 ounce. heavy cream
  • 1 pound Penne or possibly Ziti macaroni

Directions

  1. Heat 1/4 stick butter. Brown minced Prosciutto in butter and add in 1 shot vodka. Cover and simmer 5 min. Add in Marinara sauce and 1 shot vodka and simmer 15 min. Add in 8 ounces heavy cream and stir. Cook macaroni and pour the above over the cooked macaroni.
